You must have your Steam account associated with your forum account for the duration of the appeal.You must respond to any questions from an appeals admin within 7 days of being asked, you may request more time in your appeal if needed.You must be polite and cooperative before, before, during and after your appeal.You are only allowed one appeal. You may re-appeal without permission if none your prior appeals are marked with the prefix "Rejected". If one of your appeals is marked as "Rejected" you may not appeal unless given permission specifically by an appeals admin.Lying is grounds to instantly reject your appeal, whether it is lying directly or by omission.Adding an admin to request acceleration of your appeal will only delay your appeal.Being privately or publicly abusive (abusive: if the admin determines it to be so) towards a staff member is grounds to reject/archive your appeal.You must repay the victim, and have the victim confirm repayment in the appeal thread. We often also require you take a screenshot of the chat between you and the victim discussing the repayment and upload it to your appeal.You can only appeal with the account that committed the offence(s) (not on an alt), you can only appeal using an alt if you are disputing being an alternate account. If you have multiple offences over multiple accounts, you must appeal each separately.Do not bump your appeal, this will actually bump it to the bottom of the queue.Your profile must be 100% public, we will not handle appeals for users with private inventories/profiles.You must state all your alts, failure will result in rejection.If you are filing a "Change of Heart" appeal, your tag must be at least 90 days old.
